Blue Agave Grill is a Contemporary Southwestern restaurant established in 2014 in Old Town Fort Collins. We feature made-from-scratch food, majority of items Gluten Free, along with House Made Sangria, infused Tequila’s, 13 types of Margaritas, and more. Also featuring “Tequila Flights” and “Margarita Flights.”
Blue Agave Grill was founded in Fort Collins in 2014. This concept was created by Northern Colorado restaurateurs, Richard and Brenda Lucio. Top-notch customer service and quality produced out of our scratch kitchens have been the keys to our success.
Richard and Brenda Lucio have been operating restaurants for over 30 years and have owned their own since 1999. Growing up in the restaurant industry, world travels, and their love for food, are the origins in which they created this unique concept. From high school sweethearts to husband and wife, these two have created jobs for over 300 people between 7 restaurants. They have never forgotten where they came from, staying true to family recipes, supporting the local communities, and delivering quality food and even better service. Blue Agave Grill in Fort Collins was their 4th restaurant followed by their 5th in Denver. Brenda and Richard now have 7 restaurants with their first opened in 1999.
