I loved everything about Blue Agave Grill. Our server was so attentive, helpful, and kind. The complementary chips and salsa was delicious, and so was the guac we ordered to go with it. I ordered the signature asada, and I am so glad I did. The steak was so flavorful, and the shrimp & lobster enchilada was to die for!...
Totally my ideal kind of flavors. The Warm Chirizo Corn Dip blew my mind and the Coconut Shrimp Tacos were fabulous! Didn't care for the Stuffed Sopapillas for dessert we ordered, though. The sopapilla was more Cakey and not crispy but overall I Loved this placed. The service was excellent.
Absolutely amazing dinner here while we were in town for CSU move-in. I had the skirt steak and shrimp/lobster enchilada and it was so flavorful and delicious. I also had the sangria which was fantastic...We will definitely be coming back here when we are in Fort Collins again.
After a long stay in a part of the country that has a difficult time making good Mexican food it was a special treat finding the Blue Agave when we returned. Excellent lunch with a unique twist on the typical menu and traditional margaritas (as I would make them)...Good job, we will return soon.
My friends and I had an amazing experience at Blue agave! We ordered the margarita flight which consisted of 4 different margaritas. Each very different yet equally delicious. I ordered the Grilled Salmon for dinner which was perfectly cooked. It was perfectly seasoned and cooked just right. My fork cut into it like it was warm butter!
